Rooms, food, swimming pool and staff were all excellent. We're glad you all had a great time at the hotel and hopefully you will all stay a little longer.
In the search for perfection, the nursery and babysitting services could be a bit more explicit in regard to times and availability. Thank you for your review, and we will certainly take on board your points about baby sitting.
We are pleased you enjoyed all the different areas of the hotel and the food, we can't take credit for the view from the pool though, impressive as it is. Reviewed May 29, 2016, We have stayed in the Hotel and eaten here many times, and we absolutely love the place, however the service level is always consistent in its inconsistency.
Staff in the bar area, no acknowledgement, and sat down, after waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come over, I ordered myself from the bar ... all the time there were staff looking busy ... prepping for the next day I think... but not actually looking after the customers that were there at the time (there were only about 8 people in the bar area, so they weren't exactly over run) It's hard to believe it's run by the same people as the Beach Hut as the staff there are always fantastic, every time .we go in. Thank you for taking the time to review the hotel, it's always good to hear from a returning guest.
We are sorry that you didn't receive the service we would like to offer in The Living Space, we will certainly discuss this with the team. However, we are pleased that you are impressed with the guys in The Beach Hut.
