The service was excellent as was our meal. Came on Christmas specifically for the holiday meal they advertised: prime rib with Yorkshire pudding.
Not only did they only serve prime rib on Xmas Eve (? And why no mention of that on the website) but they were not serving many other items on their menu that we wanted to try instead.
We asked if they were sold out of those items and told “no we just aren’t offering them”. Though it looked lovely, but I wasn’t looking to spend Christmas eating spaghetti when we could have done that at home.

Being Christmas Day there were many diners out like us, but glad that Le Zoo followed all the pandemic health safety protocols so my husband and I continue to feel safe when eating here.
It was quite cold and chilly in the outdoor patio, and they could have placed more heaters around. Reception and service was attentive and food was very good.
Nice place to come to for a special occasion. Service was just ok. We did have to wait 20 minutes to get a server and had to track her down a few times to continue ordering.

She was attentive, made great suggestions and made sure we had a great time! Both my friend and I experienced digestive issues after our meal.
It was the first time we've ever had an issue with Le Zoo, and we've eaten there nearly every week for the past few months. Love dining between the shops.

The price is pretty much same as regular places, but the service and quality of food is definitely better than usual. Special thanks for the truffle pasta and truffle pizza.
The only thing that I was missing is tablecloth. I will recommend this place to all my friends and come back with my family.
